Refrigerant Handled Right
Refrigerators, freezers, and AC units cannot go in with regular trash. We take yours away and see that it is disposed of according to EPA regulations, so it is off your hands and handled properly. You do nothing.
We Carry It Out
Basement, second floor, back of the garage, top of a narrow staircase. That is our job, not yours. Leave the appliance where it sits. We get it down or up the stairs, out the door, and into the truck without you touching it.
Disconnecting It
Ideally it is unhooked before we get there. If it is not, tell us when you call and we can usually disconnect it for you. Gas lines and hardwired units are the exception, since those need a licensed pro.
Metal Gets Recycled
Appliances are mostly steel, copper, and aluminum, and none of that belongs in a landfill. What we haul away goes to recycling wherever it can, and whatever is still working gets donated instead of dumped.

Yes, and this is the part most people are calling about. Basements, second floors, tight stairwells, back hallways. Leave it exactly where it is and we carry it out. Getting it up the stairs is our job, not yours, and it is priced the same way as anything else we haul. We confirm the number with you on site before we start.
It should be disconnected if you can manage it, since that gets us in and out faster. If it is not, let us know when you call and we can usually handle a simple unhook on site. Gas lines and hardwired units need a licensed professional, so those should be disconnected before we come.
